3) Gank, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible and assumes no liability for (i) the accuracy or description of the prize, (ii) any warranty, condition or guarantee with respect to the prize, and (iii) any loss, delay or failure to receipt, damage or unreadability of prize notifications or other communications sent in connection with this campaign.

4) Payment will be processed within 2 weeks after the campaign ends
